Presha Institute - Refund Policy

At Presha Institute, we strive to provide quality education and services. However, we have a strict refund policy for course fees, franchise fees, and other payments. Please read the following terms carefully before making any payment.
1. Course Fee Refund Policy (For Students)
✅ Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of admission.
- If a student withdraws within 7 days, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
- No refund will be issued if a student has accessed course materials, attended classes, or completed assessments.
❌ Non-Refundable Cases
- Fees will not be refunded after 7 days of enrollment.
- No refund for missed classes due to personal reasons.
- Course fees are not transferable to another student.
2. Franchise Fee Refund Policy
- Franchise registration fees are non-refundable.
- If a franchise agreement is terminated due to non-compliance with institute policies, no refund will be provided.
- Any advance payments made for marketing, training, or branding purposes will not be refunded.
3. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be made in writing via email to shailunegi@presha.in.
- Refund processing may take 10-15 business days after approval.
- Approved refunds will be transferred to the original payment method.
4. Payment Issues & Disputes
- If a duplicate payment is made, it will be refunded after verification.
- In case of any payment failure, students/franchisees must contact their respective bank or payment provider.
- Presha Institute is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
5. Policy Amendments
- Presha Institute reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
- Updated policies will be posted on our official website.
