1. Terms & Conditions for Students
1.1 Admission & Enrollment
- Students must provide accurate personal and educational details during admission.
- Admission is subject to verification and approval by the institute.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable (except under special conditions decided by the institute).
1.2 Attendance & Conduct
- Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% to be eligible for certification.
- Any form of misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of institute rules may lead to suspension or expulsion.
- Students must respect faculty, staff, and fellow students at all times.
1.3 Course & Certification
- Students must complete all assignments, tests, and practicals to qualify for certification.
- The institute reserves the right to change course content, schedules, and examination formats.
- Certification will be provided only to students who meet the required academic standards.
1.4 Fees & Payments
- Students must pay course fees on time. Late payments may result in penalties.
- No student is allowed to attend classes without full or agreed installment payments.
- The institute holds the right to cancel admission if fees are not paid within the given timeline.
1.5 Online Services & Study Material
- Students will receive access to digital study materials, which are for personal use only.
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or selling of study materials is strictly prohibited.
- The institute is not responsible for internet issues affecting online classes or exams.
1.6 Privacy & Data Protection
- Student data will be kept confidential and used only for academic and administrative purposes.
- The institute is not responsible for any unauthorized sharing of personal details by students.
1.7 Disciplinary Actions
- The institute reserves the right to take disciplinary actions, including suspension or termination, for violations of rules.
- Any damage to institute property will be charged to the responsible student.
2. Terms & Conditions for Franchise
2.1 Eligibility & Agreement
- Individuals or businesses interested in a Presha Institute franchise must meet eligibility criteria set by the institute.
- A formal agreement must be signed before operating as an official franchise.
- The franchisee must adhere to the institute’s brand guidelines, policies, and code of conduct.
2.2 Infrastructure & Operations
- The franchise must have a suitable location, infrastructure, and resources to conduct classes efficiently.
- Staff and faculty at the franchise must be trained and approved by Presha Institute.
- The franchise is responsible for managing student admissions, fees, and daily operations.
2.3 Fees & Revenue Sharing
- A one-time franchise fee is applicable, which is non-refundable.
- Revenue sharing between the franchise and Presha Institute will be as per the signed agreement.
- Monthly royalty payments must be made on time, failing which penalties may apply.
2.4 Marketing & Branding
- The franchise must use Presha Institute’s branding, logo, and promotional materials as per guidelines.
- Any independent advertising must be approved by the institute before publishing.
2.5 Student Management & Quality Control
- The franchise must maintain a high standard of education, training, and faculty hiring.
- Any complaints or issues regarding education quality may result in warnings or termination of the franchise.
- Regular audits and inspections may be conducted to ensure compliance.
2.6 Termination & Legal Actions
- If the franchise fails to comply with the institute’s terms, Presha Institute reserves the right to terminate the agreement.
- Any misuse of the institute’s name, fraud, or unethical practices may lead to legal action.
3. General Conditions
- Presha Institute reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand.
